The property also lies a short distance from the sea so guests can also make seaside trips. The private swimming pool is delightfully surrounded by terracotta pots abundant with colorful flowers. A pathway with stairs leads to the villa's courtyard charmingly furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs ideal for "al fresco" eating.

The house is very comfortably furnished and the bathrooms and kitchen are quite simple. From the first floor and the tower one can look out onto the stunning views of the countryside and the property's wonderfully manicured garden.

There is also an annex with kitchen a livingroom with fireplace and a double bedroom and en-suite shower room about 120 metres from the villa.
